Adult stem cells rocket from research to bedside in just over a decade
People searching for help for a wide variety of diseases are seeing the remarkable progress made by patients on video and learning that there is assistance available right now in world-class centers from medical experts.
It will take more years yet for extensive clinical trials to catch up, but already patients who do not have the time to wait are finding that they or their loved ones do not have to live with debilitating diseases that adversely compromise their lifestyle.
So what diseases are being successfully treated? Mr. Brian Dardzinski, CEO of Jai Communications Associates, an independent adult stem cell consultancy business, commented, ‘ We are seeing a global surge in inquiries, especially for diseases like autism, cerebral palsy, stroke, ALS and diabetes. Patients are listening to patients and can get unbiased advice from them. For many the reduction in symptoms borders on the miraculous.’
‘In just 11 years some 400 stem cell companies have raced to the market and there is a need for truly independent counsel in this area. Like any business each company will work to promote its own technology. Our job is patient-centered, finding the best provider for each of our patients,’ Mr. Dardzinski added. ‘Eleven years ago the scientists were saying it would take at least ten years for adult stem cell therapy to be commonplace in mainstream medicine and that exciting time has now come.’
