I note today that Thailand can rightfully claim to be the hub for medical tourism in Asia. Already the most cost-effective destination and possessing superb hospitals and English-speaking professionals, Thailand is expecting the income from medical tourism to quadruple by 2012.
Patients, without exception express delight with their care and amazement at the total cost. They come for many reasons - dental, cosmetic, surgical and for adult stem cell therapy for heart failure and PAD.
Medical tourism in Thailand is an exciting industry to be involved in. It is impossible to be totally unbiased, but for those wishing to go elsewhere there are other options available. I will continue to update adult stem cell research findings on this blog and look forward to patient enquiries.
